Holy Places To Visit In Umrah
Masjid al-Haram:
This is an extremely important and sacred place where the holy Kaaba is located. Pilgrims perform Tawaf (circumambulation) around it to seek the pleasure and approval of Allah.
Khana kabba:
The Kaaba is a special place for Muslims, located within Masjid al-Haram. Muslims face towards it when performing their prayers. It was built by Prophet Ibrahim (Abraham) and his son Prophet Ismail (Ishmael). During Hajj and Umrah, Muslims circumambulate the Kaaba, seeking Allah’s pleasure and approval. It is a magnificent and beautiful place.
Hajar al-Aswad:
Hajar al-Aswad is a black stone situated in one corner of the Kaaba. It is a Sunnah (prophetic tradition) to kiss or touch it during Tawaf.
Multazam:
Multazam is a place in the Kaaba where people offer their prayers and supplications to seek Allah’s pleasure.
Safa and Marwa:
Pilgrims walk seven times between Safa and Marwa in an act known as “Sa’i.” It is a significant act of worship, symbolizing a mother’s love and struggle for her child, referring to the story of Hagar and Ishmael.It commemorates Hagar’s (Hajra’s) search for water for her son, Ishmael (Ismail). In Sa’i, Muslims walk seven times between the hills of Safa and Marwah, symbolizing determination, faith, and trust in Allah.
Maqam Ibrahim:
Maqam Ibrahim is the sacred stone with the footprints of Prophet Ibrahim (Abraham) preserved in a golden enclosure. It is a beautiful reminder of how Ibrahim stood on it while building the Kaaba.
Zamzam Well:
This well is located inside Masjid al-Haram, and Allah provided its water to Prophet Ismail (Ishmael). Its water is consumed by Muslims worldwide, and many pilgrims take it home with them.

Masjid Quba is located to the south of Madinah. Its construction was initiated by the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) when he migrated to Madinah. After the migration, he arrived in Quba, an area near Madinah, where he stayed and laid the foundation of this mosque.
Uhud mountain:
Mount Uhud is a great memorial for Muslims. It is a sacred place where many companions who were martyred in the Battle of Uhud are buried. Muslims visit this site and offer prayers as well. This mountain is located near Madinah.
Jabal al-Noor:
Jabal al-Noor is a mountain located near Makkah. It is the site where the first revelation was sent to Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). This place is known as the Cave of Hira. People who come for Hajj and Umrah visit this site, considering it highly significant.
